John M. Loeschen

Mr. Loeschen has been in practice since 1992. Recognized for his skills as a trial lawyer and advocate, Mr. Loeschen concentrates his practice in the areas of catastrophic tort litigation, labor and employment law, commercial litigation and aviation. He has won several multi-million dollar verdicts in these practice areas. He also serves as general counsel to several corporations and provides legal representation on a wide variety of matters.

Mr. Loeschen received his Master's Degree in Labor Relations from the University of Iowa and is a graduate of Southern Illinois University School of Law. Mr. Loeschen is a frequent guest lecturer on labor and employment matters ranging from sexual harassment to workplace privacy and employee discipline, and has written law review articles for various publications including the St. Louis University Law Journal and the Ohio Journal of Dispute Resolution. In addition to membership in various professional societies, Mr. Loeschen also serves as a mediator and arbitrator. Mr. Loeschen provides free legal assistance to various civic groups and non-profit organizations, particularly mission churches of all faiths and has been active in community affairs for several years. A former Eagle Scout, Mr. Loeschen is also actively involved with the Boy Scouts of America.
